Preparedness and Pandemic: The role of human factors and ergonomics in responding to the Covid 19 healthcare emergency
Human factors and ergonomics (HF/E) specialists have supported healthcare organizations in responding to the Covid 19 emergency in many ways. In particular, they have applied HF/E approaches and techniques in order to foster the strategic dimensions of preparedness. Quality and safety can be developed in support of the capacity of healthcare organizations to respond to crises such as Covid 19.
During this webinar the HF/E contribution will be explored from multiple points of view, thanks to the experiences of HF/E experts in different part of the world.
